REQUEST A MEAL

We want to help feed as many frontline healthcare workers (hospital, nursing home, pharmacy) as possible! If that’s you or you’d like to sponsor someone who fits that description, simply fill out the form below and you’ll be added to the list to receive a meal from one of the local restaurants that are partnering with us. Once enough money has been donated to cover the cost of your meals we'll contact you to make the necessary arrangements. That’s it! 

A couple of things to note before submitting the form:

• Submitting a request for a meal does not guarantee you will receive a meal. We’ll do our best to collect funding for as many meals as possible but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a meal for everyone who puts in a request.

• If you are outside of the delivery area for our restaurant partners, you will need to arrange to pick-up your meals.

• We have opened up a new round of meal requests. If you requested meals previously, but your request was not fully funded, please submit a new request. All old requests are no longer valid.
